Mommy and Me Toddler Yoga
In this hour-long session, the focus is placed on the regression of the mother, with the baby involved in the session. Babies enjoy yoga lying on their backs, on their stomachs and in their parents’ arms. Bonding between parent and baby is reinforced, colic is reduced, digestion promoted and the immune system strengthened.
In each class we keep our focus on one specific postnatal theme. Newcomers to yoga are most welcome!
Mommy and Me Yoga is suitable for mothers from 6 weeks after birth - 8 weeks following a C-section - and for babies from as soon as they can walk.
