Mommy and Me Toddler Yoga
In this hour-long session, the focus is placed on the regression of the mother, with the toddler involved in the session. We will keep the poses simple and fun for the toddlers and practice together. Be prepare to get even a little silly in the name of laughter and yoga.
In each class we keep our focus on one specific postnatal theme like pelvic floor, core muscles, upper back, etc.
Mommy and Me Yoga is suitable for mothers and new walkers until 3 years. Newcomers to yoga are most welcome!
