Vinyasa Flow is a powerful, dynamic yoga form in which movements are synchronised with the breathing.
A characteristic feature of Vinyasa Flow is that the Asanas are linked together by means of a Vinyasa (an intermediary sequence) to form one flowing unit. This gets the cardiovascular system going, promotes mobility, strengthens the muscles and directs one’s focus inwards.
